The flagship control system from Duotone gives you the ultimate way to trim your kite without moving your hand from the bar itself. Years ago, it revolutionised the kite industry, and now, it?s upgraded again to make it even better with the new Iron Heart VI Click-In Safety System and FLITE99 lines. Available as in medium with a 49cm bar and 22m lines with 2m extensions or in small with a 42cm wide bar with 20m lines and 2m extensions.

Iron Heart VI Click-In Safety System - The new Iron Heart VI features a simple Click-In Safety System including an optical control function that allows you to reconnect the chicken loop as easily as you clip in your seat belt plus being able to check the green marking, to ensure the system is closed properly.

The Click Bar with its Backline Trim Unit was a game-changer when it hit the market; the design has been refined over the years, and it?s become the benchmark in kite control systems. For 2023, there is a new Iron Heart VI which features a Click-In Safety System. This allows you to simply push the chicken loop into the Iron Heart VI for easy connection every time. Perfect for riders using a rope slider bar and a real help when you pop your chicken loop and need to reconnect, especially in the water. The floater is also removable so that you can inspect the leader lines of the bar easily , the progressive pigtails have a reduced sleeving, only where it is needed; this reduces the weight and the drag through the air at a critical connection point to the kite. The new FLITE99 lines from Robline reduce the drag through the air and offer a more direct steering response. The new V Distributor III can be adjusted easily, allowing you to quickly set the front line to split quickly. There is a Suicide Ring leash connection system; ride it in full safety mode or easily set up suicide for unhooked riding. Automatic untwisting safety system - Lines are automatically untwisted during rotations. Even the guided safety line is untwisted, offering optimum safety and comfort.
Iron heart IV - The click bar is equipped with the iron heart iv, ensuring a quick and reliable safety release. All lines, including the guided safety line, are automatically untwisted during rotations.
Four or Five-line setup - You can choose the best setup, depending on your personal preference and riding style. The 5th line makes relaunch easier, especially for big kites and in low winds.
The winder - Twisting the winder of the trim unit clockwise, shortens the back lines, visible at the neon orange mark in the power display of the bar and the neon orange mark on the floater. The kite has more power. The power steps are divided in eight steps, half a rotation on the winder is one power step.

Fix My Wing Bladders

Fix My Wing Tuff Bladders are different from any other bladder on the market. Over 2x as durable, these bladders have been specifically developed to withstand the abuse of kiteboarding. The big secret to our bladders is stretch. While other bladders are stiff and pop easily, the polyurethane tuff bladders stretch when put under pressure and then quickly go back to their original shape. Use Tuff bladders in any Wing when you want the toughest, most durable bladder available.

The Fix My Wing Tuff Bladders are bladder blanks, meaning they are just the bladders with no valves. In order to use these in a kite you will need to purchase the self-stick valves for your kite in addition to this bladder.

To properly measure the bladder size you'll need to remove the bladder from the Wing. Lay the Wing out flat with the strut side up. Disconnect any one pump hoses from the leading edge valves and push the valves into the casing. Open the zipper located near the center of the leading edge. Open the Velcro flaps or zipper on the wing tips of the wing and pull the bladder out (through the wing tip ends) of the casing a few inches. Using the spare kite line, larks head a line to each of the bladder ends sticking out of the wingtips. Have a friend hold the leading edge casing at the wingtip to keep the leading edge flat and straight while you pull half the bladder out of the center of the wing. Repeat on the other side to remove the other half of the bladder. Leave the fly lines inside the leading edge casing so you can use them to pull the new bladder in later. Once you have the bladder out of the wing, measure the bladder from end to end and choose the equal size or next size up if the bladder is between sizes.
